Stimpson Avenue is a friendly diverse school right in the heart of Northampton offering excellent learning and enrichment opportunities for pupils aged 4 to 11. We currently have over 400 children on roll. The children engage fantastically in lessons and are proud of their school and their achievements. Your Role

East Midlands Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional and ambitious Head of School to lead Stimpson Academy into its next phase of development. As Head of School, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our vision, nurturing a culture of excellence, and ensuring that Stimpson Academy continues to be a place where children thrive, staff flourish, and the community takes pride in the school. We are looking for a leader who thinks beyond the classroom someone who understands that exceptional primary education transforms lives.
