What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct detailed property inspections at check-in, mid-term, and check-out stages.
• Create clear, accurate written and photographic reports.
• Meet tenants, landlords, and agents — always representing PPL with professionalism.
• Spot maintenance issues, track changes, and ensure full transparency for all parties.
• Manage your own schedule and travel across London’s vibrant neighbourhoods.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in inventories or property management (training available for the right person).
• Presentable, punctual, and professional — you’ll often be the face of our clients.
• Tech-savvy with a computer/laptop and reliable broadband.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing your own time.
• Available to work weekends as well as weekdays.
• Transport-ready — whether that’s Tube, train, bike, or scooter.
• Covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential).
• Full of energy and a positive, can-do attitude — we want people who shine in the field.
