You’ll be the trusted eyes and ears of leading estate agents, inspecting rental properties, capturing accurate reports, and ensuring every handover runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct detailed property inspections at check-in, mid-term, and check-out stages.
- Create clear, accurate written and photographic reports.
- Meet tenants, landlords, and agents — always representing PPL with professionalism.
- Spot maintenance issues, track changes, and ensure full transparency for all parties.
- Manage your own schedule and travel across London’s vibrant neighbourhoods.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced in inventories or property management (training available for the right person)
- Presentable, punctual, and professional — you’ll often be the face of our clients
- Tech-savvy with a computer/laptop and reliable broadband
- Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing your own time
- Must be available to work weekends as well as week days
- Transport-ready — whether that’s Tube, train, bike, or scooter!
- Covered with Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)
- Full of energy and a positive, can-do attitude — we want people who shine in the field
