Stilo Group Services is a rapidly growing, young business built around expert individuals who design, manage and deliver electronic security, AV and integrated technology projects. We work as a practical partner from first conversation through to handover and beyond with systems such as CCTV and VMS, access control, control rooms, networks and related systems, for clients who expect systems that work first time and stay reliable.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can run several live projects at once, travel on the continent, lead the onsite team and deliver consistent results.

This role is in our Security Technology Division. You will own projects from start to finish: scoping and planning, client and supplier coordination, onsite delivery, snagging and handover. You will likely manage more than one project at a time, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure quality, programme and commercial outcomes hold.

A strong working knowledge of electronic security is essential. You need to understand how a security project actually runs, surveys, design intent, installation, commissioning, testing, documentation and client sign-off. Not only the theory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple electronic security (and related technology) projects concurrently.
  • Run the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Manage the onsite team day to day: programme, quality, health & safety, and output.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers; keep communication clear and decisions moving.
  • Travel regularly on the continent to sites, client meetings and delivery reviews.
  • Track progress, risks, variations and costs; report accurately and escalate early.
  • Protect scope, programme and standards so results are consistent, not one-off.
  • Support a lean, growing team with practical delivery, not process for its own sake.

What you will need:

  • Solid experience as a Project Manager on electronic security projects (CCTV/VMS, access control, alarms, networks, control rooms or similar).
  • A clear understanding of how a project runs from start to finish in a live site environment.
  • Proven ability to manage more than one project at a time without losing control of detail.
  • Confidence working with clients and suppliers, commercial conversations as well as technical ones.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Europe as required.
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and used to delivering results rather than excuses.
  • Strong communication, both on site and with remote stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce high level documentation.

Desirable: PRINCE2 or equivalent; familiarity with construction-adjacent or multi-vendor security programmes.

What we offer:

You will join a small, expert team in a young business that is scaling quickly. You will work on real delivery with colleagues who know the security and technology market. There is room to grow as the projects team and the business grow.

Location is flexible, however regular visits to our Head Office in Buckinghamshire will be required for team collaboration, with regular UK and continental travel. Salary and package will reflect experience.

If you know electronic security projects, can run several at once, manage an onsite team and deliver consistently with clients and suppliers, we want to hear from you. Apply with your CV and a short note on relevant electronic security project experience.
