Stillroom Chelsea is a new, design‑led specialty cafe opening in Chelsea this March, built around quality, elegance, and serious coffee art. We’re creating a calm but fast‑paced environment that blends premium hospitality, exceptional coffees, and refined service – and we are looking for passionate professionals to help us launch something special from day one. If you care about standards, speed, and beautiful presentation, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be working with top‑tier equipment including La Marzocco espresso machine and Mahlkonig grinders.

We’re hiring:

  • Cafe Manager – min 2 years experience in a similar environment as management.
  • Head Baristas, Baristas – min 2 years experience and strong latte art skills.
  • Waiter/es – min 2 years experience in similar roles.

Opening hours: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. No late shifts. Full time and Part time roles available.
