About Us
We are launching a premium coaching program for women over 40 who want to achieve lasting weight loss by addressing hormone balance, nutrition, and lifestyle.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Nutritionist / Health Coach / Functional Medicine Practitioner with expertise in women’s hormone health to deliver coaching as part of our program.
What You’ll Do
- Review client hormone profiles and provide clear feedback.
- Deliver a customised nutrition & exercise plan in a 1:1 session.
- Lead a weekly group Q&A coaching call (support, accountability, education).
- Support women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond with evidence-based guidance.
Requirements
- Background in nutrition, dietetics, functional medicine, or women’s health coaching.
- Familiarity with hormone testing (thyroid, sex hormones, cortisol).
- Experience working with women 40+.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to run engaging group sessions online.
- Comfortable using Zoom/webinar online platforms.
Compensation
£1000 per month for leading group Q&A sessions
Variable monthly retainer of £1000-£5000 conducting 1:1 consultations and occasional direct messages / emails.
