We are recruiting for a RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of 3 years experience at Associate level to undertake Red Book valuations for various purposes including secured lending. To undertake rent reviews and lease renewals on commercial properties including offices, industrial and retail. The employee will be an important part of the Professional Team which comprises other Chartered Surveyors and Graduates with specialist knowledge in the following disciplines: Valuation, Lease Advisory, Rating and Leasehold Enfranchisement.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake Red Book valuations for various purposes including secured lending.
- Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals on commercial properties including offices, industrial and retail.
- Be an important part of the Professional Team comprising Chartered Surveyors and Graduates with specialist knowledge in Valuation, Lease Advisory, Rating and Leasehold Enfranchisement.
