KEY ACCOUNT Manager – SOUTH EAST

The purpose of this role is to develop and execute the Key Account sales strategy to deliver revenue and unit sales targets, and grow market share.

As Key Account Manager you will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities within the defined Key Accounts, working closely with our internal team, across departments, to provide an exceptional customer experience, including designing and delivering solutions for Key Account customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets in all product segments across Key Accounts
  • Working strategically to ensure long term sales performance
  • Develop standards within the Key Accounts in terms of product knowledge, showroom displays, stocking range, and the development of product experts
  • Implement a detailed Key Account business plan for each assigned dealer to clearly demonstrate a solid understanding of their needs and requirements to maximise growth
  • To achieve the sales team KPIs as agreed with the Channel Manager OMNI/EBP
  • Optimise use of One CRM
  • Compliance with Company Policies
  • Work in a manner consistent with best practice Health and Safety

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • An experienced sales professional with experience of managing and growing Key Accounts
  • The ideal candidate has relevant industry/product experience working with a dealer network
  • A strategic mind‑set, understanding business needs, and identifying new opportunities and developing business plans
  • Ability to align STIHL’s objectives with the customers objectives
  • A sound understanding of online selling and other sales channels
  • Experience of bringing together multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions for customers.
  • The ability to drive change with solution‑based thinking
  • The candidate must live within the territory (south east England)
  • Full driving licence and willing to travel extensively including nights away

Based in Camberley, Surrey, you will play a key role in planning, operating and optimising lower-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Western Europe.

Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will help ensure performance activities align with STIHL’s wider campaign objectives and revenue targets.

Your role

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies aligned with STIHL’s media and e-commerce goals
  • Translating strategic objectives into actionable, KPI-driven performance measures across markets
  • Managing and optimising lower-funnel campaigns across Search, Shopping (PLA), Social, Display, Retargeting, CSS and Affiliate Marketing
