We are looking for a Logistics Planner who will report to the Logistics Manager at STIGA UK Subsidiary. In this role, you will be accountable for managing planning and shipment preparation, overseeing export documentation, resolving logistics issues, and monitoring SAP logistics interfaces. You will also supervise track and trace services to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring and maintenance of SAP deliveries automatic creation process
- Ensuring right priorities assignment for customers shipments
- Supervising quality of outbound shipping service
- Managing relationships with Customs and Carriers
- Collecting logistic issues from market claims and collaborating with Warehousing team and/or ICT technicians for solutions
- University degree pertaining to trade / import-export / international commerce
- 2 years’ experience on planning and outbound shipping activities
- Knowledge of SAP is required
- Ability in analysing internal process flows
- Reporting skills are recommended
- A solid knowledge of Customs processes, import/export activities, Shipping procedures, international logistics is required
- Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
- Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level is highly recommended
- An attitude to measure performances by KPIs is highly recommended
- An “hands-on” approach together with a high commitment in respecting working deadlines are highly appreciated
- Good communication skills with all levels of the organization are required
Location: Essex (Stansted Area). Until August 2025, the employee may be based in a temporary office within the Stansted area, with a planned relocation to a new permanent office, also located in the same area. All employees could be asked to travel for business purposes.
