Responsibilities
- Monitor daily attendance and undertake general administrative duties in the school office.
- Organise and prioritise workload.
- Use all forms of communication (email, face to face, telephone, written letters).
- Work independently and take initiative.
- Collaborate with colleagues and remain calm under pressure.
- Place the best interests of children at the heart of all work.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point). SIMS experience desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in a school office or public sector desirable but not essential.
Good ICT skills.
Other Requirements
Work part‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 11:45 am during term time.
Willing to undergo child protection screening, reference checks, and an enhanced DBS check with the Disclosure & Barring Service.
