We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is for a chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a busy kitchen, and cares about quality, teamwork, and consistency.

Your Role as Sous Chef:

  • When you are on shift, you are responsible for the kitchen.
  • Preparing food and ensuring high quality at all times.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe.
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Helping to control food costs and reduce waste.
  • Supporting and guiding other chefs on shift.
  • Making sure every guest receives a great plate of food, every time.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and be an important part of the leadership team.

Experience required:

  • Experience working in a busy professional kitchen.
  • Enough English to communicate clearly in the kitchen.
  • Respect for kitchen rules, safety, and cleanliness.
