This role is for a chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a busy kitchen, and cares about quality, teamwork, and consistency.

Your Role as Sous Chef
When you are on shift, you are responsible for the kitchen. This includes:
- Preparing food and ensuring high quality at all times
- Making excellent sushi and kushiyaki sticks
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Helping to control food costs and reduce waste
- Supporting and guiding other chefs on shift
- Making sure every guest receives a great plate of food, every time
You will work closely with the Head Chef and be an important part of the leadership team.
