What you will be doing at Sticks 'n' Sushi
As Sous Chef you would be responsible for the kitchen on your shift from prep and food quality through to cleanliness, compliance, and of course cost control. You will be ensuring we create top-class sushi and the very best kushiyaki sticks. You will put your passion and pride into ensuring a delicious plate and experience for every guest, every time. You will be part of a family that will help you flourish and become the best you can be. Your nurturing approach to people will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
