We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll have busy kitchen experience, but a calm spirit. Upbeat and enjoyable to work with, whatever the kitchen is like. Eager to learn about our Danish and Japanese roots. You'll use your skills and care to serve excellent food for every guest. Your food will bring joy to guests, encouraging them to return and become friends.
You've worked in a busy kitchen before and are skilled with knives and making sushi. You speak English confidently. Our training is structured to both help you shine and create memories, in your role and beyond.
