Opening soon in the stunning city of Prague, at Sticks'n'Sushi we serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill. Attracting both families and trendsetters, amazing service in beautiful restaurants is driven by our amazing team - our Strange Fish.

We're looking for a General Manager of unique skills. You'll be a trusted senior, taking the initiative and setting the tone to create a seamless operation. Yet you're also keen to shape the individual culture of your location and deliver memorable experiences for our guests and wonderful team alike.

What you'll be doing at Sticks'n'Sushi:
- Being the overall guardian of our culture and hospitality, ensuring consistent quality
- Leading with passion: coaching, directing and building skills on all levels within your restaurant, driving your Fish to be better (or stranger!)
- Seeking out opportunities to drive growth, with great financial and operational planning & control
- Building a strong community around your restaurant, welcoming all equally and making sure they leave the real world for a while in the time they spend at Sticks 'n' Sushi.
What you'll bring to us:
- A track record of excellence as a General Manager, ideally in a high-volume, premium branded full table service restaurant
- Solid financial acumen, able to drive sales whilst controlling costs and ensuring a healthy P&L
- The adaptability of water, staying flexible and quickly responding to challenges and changes
- Strong decision-making capabilities, problem-solving and keeping the positive energy flowing
- A fiery spark that ignites the creativity of your team to make your restaurant something special in its own right
