This Autumn, Sticks'n'Sushi is coming to Birmingham - our first restaurant in the Midlands, opening in the Paradise development on Chamberlain Square.

We serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality.   • Leading our shifts to ensure our elevated hospitality
  • Motivating, coaching and inspiring your team to always deliver the best fresh food, premium drinks and excellent service
  • Building for the future by growing a strong community of guests, welcoming everyone equally.
  • Making good decisions, solving challenges and keeping the positive energy flowing

What you'll bring to us:

  • A track record of excellence from previous roles, ideally as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high volume, premium full table service restaurant
  • The adaptability of water to stay flexible and quickly respond to challenges & changes
  • A real understanding of 'hands on' togetherness and a natural ability to support your fellow Fish (the wonderful team)
  • A flair for delivering personal touches and memorable experiences for our Guests, helping to take them away from the real world for a while
