This Autumn, Sticks'n'Sushi is coming to Birmingham - our first restaurant in the Midlands, opening in the Paradise development on Chamberlain Square.

Sticks'n'Sushi is as unique as the city we're coming to. We serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality.
