We are looking for exceptional Assistant Managers at SticksânâSushi! ÂŁ40-ÂŁ44k per annum inclusive of tronc (every penny of the service charge is shared between the team in the restaurant). Full-time role, 45 hours a week.

The ideal Assistant Manager candidate will:
- Be fluent in English
- Have already been working as a Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy environment
