Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Safely transport goods, or materials to designated locations as per the schedule.
- Punctuality: Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, adhering to the planned schedule.
- Vehicle
Maintenance: Regularly inspect the vehicle for any issues, report any necessary repairs, and maintain cleanliness inside and out.
Ensure the van is fully charged ready for the next day.
- Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and regulations, including company policies related to vehicle operation.
PCN and other traffic offences are the driver’s responsibility.
SNS will not cover the cost of any PCN that is issued unless it is a fault with the actual vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle being driven (e. g., car, van, or truck).
- Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Knowledge of Area: Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Working Conditions
Although predominantly weekdays working, there will be a requirement to be available for some weekends. Hours will vary depending on the level of business.
