Sticks'n'Sushi is as unique as the city we're coming to. We serve high-quality, fresh food based on a unique combination of classic and creative sushi along with sticks from the grill, bringing a blend of Danish design, Japanese dining and generous hospitality.

What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi:
- Assisting the General Manager to ensure elevated hospitality for each guest in how you lead a shift.
- Motivating, coaching and inspiring your Fish (the wonderful team).
- Supporting the General Manager to grow a strong community of Guests, welcoming everyone equally.
- Being trusted to make decisions, solve challenges and keep the good energy flowing.
What you’ll bring to us:
- A track record of confidence and hospitality excellence in previous roles.
- Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager in a high-volume, premium branded full table service restaurant.
- An eye for detail, always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
- Genuine care for your team: your nurturing approach will make coaching & developing a natural focus, ensuring you have one of the happiest teams in the industry.
