Sticks\’n\’Sushi is a family of restaurants, founded in Copenhagen over 30 years ago, that created a unique blend of cultures and culinary traditions. About the role
From our Copenhagen beginnings, our intention was always to be one of a kind. We are known for exceptional food, thoughtful Danish design, and a total commitment to developing talented people. - Have a track record of confidence and hospitality excellence under your belt in previous roles. Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager/Deputy Manager in a high-volume restaurant.
- Have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands.
- Be a great leader who really cares about people. Your nurturing approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
