What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior HR Advisor, you will manage employee relations cases while leading key HR projects like talent management, GDPR compliance, and employee engagement. You will collaborate with the HR team to implement these projects and ensure they align with company goals. Additionally, you will provide training to managers and employees, supporting the successful execution of HR processes. This role combines project leadership with hands-on case management.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Lead HR projects like talent management and employee engagement, with experience successfully delivering and managing projects.
  2. Provide expert HR support, offering advice and building strong relationships with managers and employees.
  3. Ensure HR processes comply with laws, policies, and best practices, with experience handling legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Manage employee relations cases and HR inquiries efficiently, with experience resolving complex employee issues.
  5. Implement and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with current legislation and best practices.
  6. Advise on investigations, hearings, and appeals, bringing experience in managing sensitive and complex cases.
  7. Lead HR training workshops, utilising experience to engage and educate employees effectively.
  8. CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it.
