Vredewold zoekt een zelfstandig werkend arts die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de medische zorg en actief bijdraagt aan verdere professionalisering.

Vredewold biedt persoonsgerichte zorg aan ongeveer 146 bewoners, van wie circa 25 bewoners onder huisartsenzorg vallen, in een huiselijke en betrokken omgeving. De focus ligt op psychogeriatrische zorg en de verdere ontwikkeling van chronisch somatische zorg, met speciale aandacht voor Parkinson en parkinsonisme. We combineren de persoonlijke schaal van een zelfstandige zorgorganisatie met de ambitie om de medische en multidisciplinaire zorg verder te ontwikkelen.

In deze fase zoeken we een Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde die inhoudelijk richting geeft, bijdraagt aan professionele besluitvorming en samen met collega's werkt aan passende, toekomstbestendige zorg. Als zelfstandig werkend Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde ben je medisch eindverantwoordelijk voor bewoners op je eigen afdelingen. Je werkt nauw samen met twee verpleegkundig specialisten, die ieder eigen afdelingen hebben en binnen hun functie verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de medische zorg. Er is structureel ruimte voor collegiaal overleg.
