Waar kom je te werken? Zorgcentrum St. Elisabeth is een gezellige locatie gelegen in een prachtig bosrijke omgeving in Haelen. In het voormalige klooster bevindt zich nu een gezellig zorgcentrum met 51 appartementen voor ouderen.
Wat je functie inhoudt: Je hebt een belangrijke bijdrage aan een prettige en schone woonomgeving. Dit doe je door ervoor te zorgen dat alles opgeruimd en schoon is. In de toekomst kan je takenpakket uitgebreid worden met andere werkzaamheden, zoals bedden afhalen/opmaken/verschonen, vuil ophalen en/of op de huiskamer helpen en toezicht houden of ondersteuning bieden. Net wat nodig is! Dit maakt je werk afwisselend, waarbij het huishoudelijk werk wel het grootste onderdeel van je takenpakket betreft. Daarnaast observeer je de bewoners en maak je natuurlijk ook even een praatje. Als je bijzonderheden opmerkt - in gedrag, maar ook rondom huishoudelijke of technische gebreken - meld je deze bij je collega's, zodat de juiste acties kunnen worden ondernomen (signaleringsfunctie).
Wat wij vragen: Je bent minimaal 16 jaar of ouder. Je bent gemotiveerd, sociaal, en dienstverlenend. Je houdt ervan om bezig te zijn. Je bent beschikbaar op zaterdag en zondag voor ongeveer 3 uur per dag. Je wilt ook graag werken op feestdagen en in de vakanties.
Wat wij je bieden: Wij bieden jou een leuke bijbaan, met een goed loon, in een team van fijne collega’s op een prettige en gezellige werkplek waar je ervaring kunt opdoen in de (huishoudelijke) zorg en de ouderenzorg. Met een salaris, ontleend aan FWG15 (je start met € 14,85 bruto per uur met per juli 2026 een cao-loonsverhoging van 3,5%), goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, reiskosten, vakantiegeld (8%) en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de CAO Verpleeg-, Verzorgingshuizen en Thuiszorg.
