People Coordinator – Bristol
Salary: £27,000 per year | Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of recruitment processes from start to finish, helping candidates and clients connect.
- Support transport planning and bookings to keep everything running smoothly.
- Create eye‑catching job adverts and run campaigns across social media and job boards to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates ready to meet client needs.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, providing tailored staffing solutions.
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and shift coordination.
To Be Successful
- Experience in administration, recruitment, or sales.
