We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Decanters to support warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment. This is an ongoing role with flexible working patterns, ideal for candidates seeking variable hours and long-term opportunities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Decanting stacks of bread into designated sections
- Moving bread baskets and trays safely and efficiently
- Sorting and organising products within the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet operational targets
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own transport
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends when required
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
Additional Information:
- Ongoing work hours are not always full-time
- Weekend availability is required
- Shift patterns may include 4 on / 4 off, depending on demand
