This is your opportunity to join our EMEA Regional Sales team in the UKI and become part of an ambitious international software company focused on driving software license sales and expanding into new logo accounts.
This is the role and main tasks:
- Lead the sale of a modern cloud-native Master Data Management (MDM) / Master Data Platform, enabling clients to unify, govern, and activate trusted data across Customer, Counterparty, Product, and Risk domains with a special focus on clients in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.
- Personally drive new business wins by delivering a value-add, consultative sales approach.
- Win new BFSI customers through solution-centric, consultative selling and contract negotiation.
- Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles: discovery, value positioning, solution alignment, business case development, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and deliver a value-add and solution-centric customer experience.
- Deliver winning proposals / successful RFI/RFPs.
- Build, manage, and progress a strong opportunity pipeline to successful closes.
- Engage senior and C-level stakeholders to uncover needs and craft value-based solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to amplify market reach and impact.

You’ll join a vibrant EMEA Sales team of 8 professionals representing diverse backgrounds and cultures. Our team is passionate about technology, thrives on collaboration, and is committed to helping customers succeed in their digital transformation journey.
Who we are looking for:
As an ideal candidate, you will have a wealth of experience from similar jobs within B2B sales working in an international organization. You will have a successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions with a focus on a solution-oriented approach to the sale. You will leverage your existing BFSI network and proven track record in selling data-driven, mission-critical platforms to C-level stakeholders, while shaping and executing a scalable go-to-market and territory growth strategy.
- Have 7+ years of experience in enterprise software solution selling, in Enterprise SaaS solutions with consistent overachievement of 7- and 8-figure quotas.
- Bring a track record of winning new business in BFSI or related sectors.
- Proven insurance-sector sales experience, ideally across carriers, life & pensions, specialty/reinsurance, brokers/MGAs and intermediary-led distribution.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline across Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintechs.
- Proven success selling Master Data Management (MDM), data platforms, or data/AI solutions into BFSI is strongly preferred.
- Know how to drive strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders at C-level.
- Understand the dynamics of partner-driven enterprise sales and know how to leverage them.
- A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, “can-do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Clari.
