Are you passionate about selling software solutions across industries that solve everyday business? Do you have a talent for communicating solution selling in a manner which is engaging and brings results? We are now looking for a profile to join the EMEA regional Sales team in the UK. You will join an international software company, which is focused and ambitious in ensuring software license sales into new logos. You love data and are curious about everything about it.
As part of our EMEA sales team, you will help develop and deliver a value-add and solution-centric customer experience. You will have a broad interface and engagement internally within Stibo Systems as well as externally in relation to Customers and Partners. More specifically, you will:
- Win new business via value add/solution-centric selling and signing of new logo license contracts across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Life Science and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Deliver winning proposals/successful RFIs/RFPs.
- Develop and progress pipeline – driving new opportunities to wins.
- Position Stibo Systems as the Multi-domain MDM solutions provider of choice.
Our EMEA team consists of 11 great professionals, who are highly motivated and passionate about new technology that helps other companies with their digital transformation, with different backgrounds and cultures.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a wealth of experience from similar jobs within B2B sales working in an international organization. In addition, you will have a successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions with a focus on a “solution-oriented” approach to the sale. You will have a broad commercial and financial understanding, complemented by an analytical skill set, a strong set of presentation skills and the ability to confidently navigate at senior level within an organization. Moreover, you should be/are:
- Proven experience within the software as a service industry (SaaS) – preferably within manufacturing, retail, CPG, distribution or/and life-science.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development/Solutions Sales/Account Management.
- Candidate should understand how to drive Sales in cooperation with Partners.
- C-Level engagement experience.
- Customer-focused, always driven by adding value to the stakeholder experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
- A self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, “can-do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Clari.
