Join the EMEA Regional Sales team in the UKI as a Sales Executive for our cloud-native Master Data Management platform, serving clients in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles from discovery to closing with B2B clients.
  • Win new BFSI customers through consultative selling and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and deliver value-add, solution-centric customer experience and proposals.
  • Build, manage, and progress a strong opportunity pipeline to successful closes.
  • Engage senior and C-level stakeholders, uncover needs and craft value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to amplify market reach and impact.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years selling enterprise SaaS solutions with consistent overachievement of 7-or 8-figure quotas.
  • Proven track record of winning new business in BFSI or related sectors.
  • Experience selling Master Data Management (MDM), data platforms, or data/AI solutions into BFSI.
  • Strong pipeline across Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintechs.
  • Ability to drive strategic deals involving multiple stakeholders at C-level.
  • Knowledge of partner-driven enterprise sales and how to leverage them.
  • Self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, can-do mentality.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Clari.
