This is the role and main tasks:
The Sales Development Representative at Stibo Systems is not your typical "SDR" role. The team we are building is not only responsible for qualifying leads and building pipeline, but also much more than that. Stibo Systems will give you a unique opportunity to build out your knowledge and experience in the fast-paced IT/Tech market as we work with the global leaders in our space.

You will have close contact with your Sales and Field Marketing partners to support your daily work and future development. This position will report to the EMEA & APJ Team Leader and will be based in our Reading office for a minimum of 1 day per week.
You will be focused on supporting the growth of our key verticals (BFSI, retail, manufacturing, CPG & logistics) to work Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and profile key accounts through Sales Accepted Leads (SAL).
More specifically, you will:
- Cover the UK, Ireland & Scandinavian region where you will drive and successfully execute sales and business development activities that result in lead generation and opportunity creation within net new prospects, customers and partners.
- Have a mindset to leverage the latest technologies to streamline and research at pace, with an AI first mentality.
- Work closely with your Sales partners to drive opportunities within target accounts.
- Profile existing accounts looking for cross-sell opportunities in partnership with.
