Our HR team have a broad mix of skills and experience, working collaboratively to support our people and drive positive outcomes.
As an HR Administrator, you will carry out different HR administration duties across our Hook & Poynton site.
This role will be based at our site in Hook, Hampshire and is a full time, permanent role.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out employee lifecycle administration such as starters, leavers and changes
- Processing payroll input on a monthly basis
- Carrying out Security Vetting administration such as BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and SC (Security Clearance)
- Running HR reports and dashboards
- Carrying out general administration such as reference responses, minute taking, raising contracts and arranging interviews
- Supporting the HR team
Qualifications
- Holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards their CIPD accreditation
- Experience using HR Information Systems
- Awareness of employment law and relevant Government Acts
