Precision in every repair. Quality in every board. Are you an experienced PCB Repair Technician with a passion for quality and precision? We're looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team, supporting customer projects through expert PCB repair, rework, assembly and inspection to IPC Class 3 standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced rework technologies, including BGA rework and X-ray inspection, in a role that directly contributes to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers.

As a PCB Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and modifying customer-returned Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) to the highest quality and industry standards. Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll use your technical expertise to ensure all products meet customer requirements and IPC Class 3 workmanship standards.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

  • Using written work instructions and items lists to assemble products to customer specifications and IPC-J-STD-001 Class 3 as directed
  • Inspecting PCBs to IPC-A-610, class 3 to ensure quality of product
  • X-ray inspecting of built assemblies to ensure quality of product
  • Liaising with and supporting internal and external customers to ensure PCBs are built to the required customer and industry standards
  • Working offsite at customer premises as required to complete projects
  • Complying with all 5S activities as required
  • Other duties as required

This is an opportunity to work on challenging and varied projects within a highly skilled team, using industry-leading rework and inspection technologies to deliver products that meet the most demanding quality standards. This role is a full time, permanent contract onsite in Hook, Hampshire.
