We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Programmes to take ownership of major customer programmes, ensuring successful delivery from bid through to completion. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving performance & strengthening customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Take direct accountability for successful execution of major customer programmes from bid to completion.
- Build governance frameworks and control mechanisms/cadences for all customer programmes and associated programme teams.
- Using all STI functional resources set goals for and achieve targets for all programme related cost, schedule and delivery controls.
- Drive very high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring that we are a strategic partner of choice by ensuring high levels of customer intimacy, rapid response, attention to detail and agility.
- Develop PMO function in line with business growth.
We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of leading complex defence programmes at Director level and experience with manufacturing systems (e.g. MRP).
