Be the friendly face and go-to support that keeps our business running smoothly. This role is on a full time, permanent contract. You will carry out all reception and business administration duties and provide the first point of contact to all visitors, callers and employees as well as supporting the business in all areas to meet its objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform all Reception duties
- Meeting and greeting customers and all site visitors to perform HSE induction, security protocols and orientation
- Carry out business administration tasks to support internal stakeholders
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Arranging and scheduling conference rooms before and after use, scheduling meetings and managing communication effectively
- Coordinate weekly movement spreadsheet and communicate effectively
- Ensuring legal compliance and smooth daily operations
