As an HR Administrator, you will carry out different HR administration duties across our Hook & Poynton site.

This role will be based at our site in Hook, Hampshire and is a full time, permanent role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carrying out employee lifecycle administration such as starters, leavers and changes
  • Processing payroll input on a monthly basis
  • Carrying out Security Vetting administration such as BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and SC (Security Clearance)
  • Running HR reports and dashboards
  • Carrying out general administration such as reference responses, minute taking, raising contracts and arranging interviews
  • Supporting the HR team

We are seeking a candidate who holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification or is working towards their CIPD accreditation, has experience using HR Information Systems and also has awareness of employment law and relevant Government Acts.
