- Manage the Procurement mailbox and support day‑to‑day requests
- Oversee new vendor onboarding and maintain procurement SharePoint content

- Represent Procurement in group forums and project teams
- Support supplier categorisation, rationalisation and performance management
- Ensure best‑practice Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Analyse MI and produce reports to drive behaviours and continuous improvement
- Track savings, rebates, and project outcomes in partnership with Finance

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven procurement experience, ideally within Technology and/or FM
- Excellent negotiation and supplier‑management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Financial acumen and strong analytical capability
- Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and other MI tools
- MCIPS qualification (or currently studying) is highly desirable

- Bonus linked to company and personal performance.
- 28 days holiday plus public holidays, with an annual leave purchase scheme.
- Private healthcare, discounted dental insurance, and health cashback scheme.
