An exciting opportunity has come up at SThree for a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Core Functions Team. Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, the role is based in our Glasgow office, in the Cadworks Building, on a permanent basis. As a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Core Functions, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across operational and head office roles. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, owning the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive, data-driven recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for sourcing top talent aligned to SThree’s values and strategic goals Who will you be working for? SThree is the global STEM-workforce consultancy. We connect sought-after specialists with dynamic organisations around the world. We advise businesses, build expert teams, and deliver project solutions to drive innovation across STEM sectors, helping them to Outpace tomorrow, together. What are the key expectations of this role? Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies. Educate stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices. Ensure adherence to SLAs and hiring process integrity, including timely feedback and candidate progression Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and passive search. Partner with internal teams to share talent pipelines and ensure the best hire for SThree. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Communicate SThree’s brand and value proposition effectively to attract and retain talent. · Maintain regular touchpoints with candidates and ensure timely updates throughout the process. Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit. Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure robust assessment and selection practices. Own and manage requisitions, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting in the ATS Skills, Knowledge & Experience … Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced environment. Experience sourcing and assessing candidates for operational and head office roles. Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. CIPD or relevant HR/TA certifications (preferred).
