We’re looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead service delivery across key Project Services customers, ensuring consistency, quality, and long‑term value. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and internal partners to ensure services are well‑defined, well‑governed, and well‑delivered. You’ll take a consultative approach — understanding customer objectives, shaping service expectations, and ensuring delivery aligns to agreed outcomes.

  • Owning end‑to‑end service delivery across customer engagements
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for service reviews, risks, and escalations
  • Partnering with customers to define service levels, delivery approach, and success measures
  • Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, PMO, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure joined‑up delivery

Experience in a customer‑facing service delivery or consulting‑style role is required, along with experience within recruitment services or similarly fast‑paced, client‑driven environments.
