SThree are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team on a permanent basis, based in either Glasgow or London. About the role

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, translate challenges into clear requirements, and lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new features and enhancements. What you’ll be doing

  • Work with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Act as Product Owner for key initiatives, managing and prioritising the product backlog.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Shape and communicate product vision and roadmaps.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of features working with developers, designers, QA, and more.
  • Analyse product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Champion the voice of the customer through research and continuous feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement across product and delivery processes.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a similar role.
  • Proven delivery within Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable outputs.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and developing or influencing product roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with data analysis techniques; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI teams, developers, and cross‑functional squads.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certifications.

Salary Range: £66,048.00-85,474.00

This salary range reflects the expected compensation for this role based on skills, experience, and market benchmarks. Final offers will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience and internal pay equity.
