This is the last business area still on SAP ECC. Not a full ECC decommission yet - this phase is about:
- Testing data flows
- Defining contracts
- Ensuring accuracy and data quality before full migration
Data quality, controls, and ownership are a big focus. First time the organisation has gone into this level of detail on these flows.

The team has been missing Business Analysts to provide:
- Clear artefacts
- Data contracts
- End‑to‑end requirements
They need someone to work closely with the SAP RISE squad to:
- Understand financial SAP data
- Define current vs future‑state processes
- Manage requirements back and forth across teams
This role is critical to getting the work ready for development.
Ideal Profile
- Must have SAP migration experience (non‑negotiable)
- Strong experience with data‑driven projects
- Pipeline and data‑flow experience is essential
- Clear understanding of what is critical in financial data flows
- Able to understand the wider programme, not just isolated tasks
- Very strong ability to work independently
- Comfortable owning a problem end‑to‑end, then presenting findings back
- Experience working with incomplete information in a brand‑new squad

Works closely with a Senior Product Manager. Expected to:
- Understand the problem independently
- Go away and analyse
- Come back with structured outputs and recommendations
Needs to collaborate with teams across Manchester and Amsterdam. Travel to Manchester expected (also possibly Amsterdam for workshops).
