We’re looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support and manage a portfolio of critical enterprise applications used across our global organisation. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key business systems across their full lifecycle — from implementation and optimisation to upgrades and decommissioning. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and delivering real value, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and service delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and support multiple enterprise business systems
- Manage upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Monitor performance, availability, and SLAs
- Troubleshoot incidents and drive permanent fixes
- Deliver user training and support a super‑user community
- Maintain documentation, security reviews, and DR processes
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience supporting and administering enterprise business systems
- Hands‑on experience with one or more of: Azure, Intune, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365
- Strong experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting on live systems
- Experience working with third‑party suppliers and in a matrix or global organisation
- Good understanding of service management and system development lifecycles
- Confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑focused mindset
