Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Contract Payroll Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract to join our dynamic finance team, supporting contractor payroll across a global footprint.
As a Contract Payroll Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for contractors across the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and the US. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll manage payroll processes end-to-end while delivering a high standard of service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

What you’ll do
- Processing accurate and timely contractor payrolls
- Managing vendor accounts and payment timelines
- Handling payroll queries and delivering excellent customer service
- Working closely with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Identifying improvements to enhance processes and reduce queries
What we’re looking for
- Finance, customer service, or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with systems like D365, Mercury, or Power BI (desirable)
- Confident using MS Office tools
