About The Opportunity
This is a contract opportunity to register your interest in Site Supervisor roles supporting construction and site‑based delivery in the Manchester area. Roles of this type typically sit within active project environments, working closely with project managers, trades teams and site operatives to maintain momentum on site, support health and safety standards, and coordinate the practical delivery of building or infrastructure programmes.
What You Would Do
- Supporting day‑to‑day site coordination and programme delivery
- Assisting with site induction, safety briefings and compliance with health and safety standards
- Coordinating trades teams and site operatives to meet programme schedules
- Maintaining site records, daily logs and progress reporting for the project team
- Supporting quality checks and site inspections aligned with project requirements
- Liaising with project managers, clients and supply chain partners
- Contributing to a safe, productive site culture
What You Could Bring
- Experience in site supervision, site management or site coordination within construction or civil engineering
- Knowledge of site health and safety practices and relevant site certifications (such as SMSTS, First Aid at Work, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with construction programmes, schedules and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively with trades teams, operatives and project stakeholders
- Practical understanding of construction methods and site operations
- High School or equivalent qualification; qualifications in construction management, engineering or site‑related disciplines are advantageous
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
