SThree is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team, taking responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Manchester office. This is an on-site role where you will be the first point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors. You will play a key part in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed workplace, supporting everything from reception and facilities management to health & safety compliance and sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Reception & Front-of-House
- Welcome visitors and manage sign-in procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure meeting rooms and communal spaces are tidy and presentable
- Facilities Management
- Manage facilities requests and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance
- Conduct daily and weekly inspections and maintain asset registers
- Liaise with landlords and contractors to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
- Health & Safety
- Act as a fire warden and first aider (training provided)
- Complete risk assessments, maintain compliance, and report incidents
- Support DSE requirements for staff both in-office and remote
- Sustainability & ESG
- Serve as our Green Champion—promote recycling and energy-saving initiatives
- Report carbon data quarterly and liaise with building management on ESG projects
- Ensure statutory signage is up to date
- Administrative Support
- Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, and internal communications
- Provide ad hoc support to managers and assist with event and meeting setups
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in facilities or office coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in sustainability and workplace wellbeing
- Desirable: IOSH or equivalent health & safety awareness (training can be provided)
