We are all in, we build partnerships, we think big, and we do the right thing. We bring skilled people together, whatever the speed, scale and scope of the ambitions, to build the future.
About the role
As our Technology Procurement Manager, you’ll support the CIO, Group Property Director and wider delivery teams to source the right vendors, negotiate strong commercial outcomes, and ensure our procurement processes are robust, transparent and strategically aligned. You will act as a trusted advisor across the business — proactively managing internal stakeholders, leading tenders, improving supplier relationships, and ensuring we maximise value, savings and performance insights. What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage sourcing requirements across Technology and FM categories

- Manage the Procurement mailbox and support day‑to‑day requests
- Oversee new vendor onboarding and maintain procurement SharePoint content
- Drive process governance and ensure alignment with policies and systems
- Represent Procurement in group forums and project teams
- Support supplier categorisation, rationalisation and performance management
- Ensure best‑practice Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Analyse MI and produce reports to drive behaviours and continuous improvement
- Track savings, rebates, and project outcomes in partnership with Finance
About you
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven procurement experience, ideally within Technology and/or Marketing and L&D.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier‑management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Financial acumen and strong analytical capability
- Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and other MI tools
- MCIPS qualification (or currently studying) is highly desirable
Why Join SThree?

- Bonus linked to company and personal performance.
- 28 days holiday plus public holidays, with an annual leave purchase scheme.
- Private healthcare, discounted dental insurance, and health cashback scheme.
- Paid volunteering days and caregiver leave.
