We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Share Scheme and Mobility Coordinator to join our Reward team in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing processes, supporting employees, and keeping operations running smoothly across both local and global programmes. In this role, you’ll ensure our Dutch employees receive seamless mobility support while also coordinating our global employee share plans. What you’ll be doing

  • Global Share Plan Coordination
  • Administer PSP, RSU, SAYE/Sharesave, SIP & Global Employee Share Plan
  • Provide accurate joiner/leaver/change data to share plan registrars
  • Respond to employee share‑related queries
  • Support internal share plan communications
  • Manage related invoices
  • Mobility Coordination
    • Manage lease cars: employee guidance, orders, swaps, contracts & returns
    • Maintain accurate data in SuccessFactors & payroll
    • Oversee bike leasing requests, terminations and updates
    • Manage NS Business Cards & travel subscriptions
    • Provide mobility advice and support to NL employees
    • Support quarterly/ad‑hoc reporting (incl. COâ‚‚ reporting)

    What you’ll bring

    • Experience in benefits or share scheme administration
    • Strong admin skills + exceptional attention to detail
    • Confident prioritising workload and meeting deadlines
    • Clear communication and strong stakeholder skills
    • Proactive, service‑focused mindset
    • Good MS Office skills
    • Dutch language is a bonus, not essential
