Service Delivery Manager – Customer Operations
As a Service Delivery Manager at SThree, you will support the delivery of our recruitment project solutions and Statement of Work (SOW) services.
Your role will involve working closely with customers, sales, customer success and project teams to ensure recruitment services are delivered effectively and service levels are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery across a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring agreed service levels are achieved.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Support service reviews, reporting, risk management and customer communication.
- Act as an escalation point for service‑related issues and collaborate to resolve them.
- Create and manage Statements of Work and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, PMO, Commercial and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service delivery.
- Support onboarding, off‑boarding and resource planning across customer engagements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Around 2+ years’ experience in a Service Delivery, Customer Success, Account Management or similar customer‑facing role.
- Exposure to Statement of Work (SOW) based services or project‑based engagements is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer needs simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
