  • Shape and communicate product vision and roadmaps.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of features working with developers, designers, QA, and more.
  • Analyse product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Champion the voice of the customer through research and continuous feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement across product and delivery processes.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or in a similar role.
  • Proven delivery within Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable outputs.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and developing or influencing product roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with data analysis techniques; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI teams, developers, and cross‑functional squads.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certifications.

Why Join SThree?

You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative, and forward‑thinking team where you’ll work on innovative products that make a real impact across the organisation. This role offers exposure to modern tools, Agile best practices, and opportunities to shape our digital strategy, while also giving you space to grow professionally through ongoing development and career‑progression opportunities.

What’s in it for you?

  • Hybrid working options for flexibility.
  • Bonus linked to company and personal performance.
  • 28 days holiday plus public holidays, with an annual leave purchase scheme.
  • Private healthcare, discounted dental insurance, and health cashback scheme.
  • Paid volunteering days and caregiver leave.
