💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• 🌐 Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
• 🧠 Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
• 🤝 Build your own business – cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates
• 💬 Negotiate offers – Make placements
• 🔄 Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
• 📑 Vertical market specialist
