We’re looking for a Learning Delivery Consultant to deliver engaging training, drive capability, and partner closely with the business to elevate performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver high-impact onboarding, sales, and systems training across both virtual and classroom environments.
  • Create engaging, learner-focused sessions using a variety of facilitation techniques to drive participation and retention.
  • Support new starters through structured onboarding and embed learning through coaching, follow-ups, and real-time support.
  • Partner with sales leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted learning solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes, using insights to continuously improve programmes.
  • Act as a trusted L&D advisor, leveraging subject matter experts while owning learning outcomes.
  • Promote and embed a culture of continuous learning, signposting relevant tools, content, and resources.
  • Leverage digital tools (Teams, Zoom, LMS etc.) to deliver blended and innovative learning experiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • Background in recruitment and/or sales environments.
  • Experience delivering both classroom and virtual training.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and challenge stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with a structured approach.
  • Skilled in coaching, questioning, and active listening.
  • Understanding of sales performance and development.
  • Familiarity with modern L&D practices (blended learning, coaching).
